"Great when it works"

What do you like best?
I will begin by saying that my company is fully integrated into the ClickUp ecosystem. We have been users from the early days and have seen many iterations of the product over the years. What I like best is our ability to heavily customize the data in ways that make sense both for clients and internal purposes.
What do you dislike?
There is consistent downtime with ClickUp. We employ staff throughout the world, and it seems that at least once a week, someone somewhere is complaining that ClickUp is offline, not posting properly, or some other issues that dramatically reduces productivity, which in turn makes our client experience worse.
